PROJECT 1
RESEARCH
I began by searching for a recipe from Pasta Grannies. I
searched for a recipe that has a variety of colors and
ingredients that can be quickly drawn unlike flour and the
action of kneading. While I was in the midst of my research, one
of my batchmates suggested that it would be easier to illustrate
assets if they were from a dessert recipe as compared to Pasta
Grannies' pasta recipes.
After a while, I shortlisted two recipes listed below that
suited my criteria; one was a dessert recipe and the other was a
savory one.
1. Risotto-style Fregola Pasta with Mussels | Pasta
Grannies

2. Apple Strudel | Pasta Grannies

INSTRUCTIONS
Since Pasta Grannies do not usually write their recipe in
blogs or in the description box below, I simultaneously
rewatched the recipe video and wrote it myself.

REFLECTION
PROJECT 1
Project 1, in my opinion, was definitely stressful as we had to create many assets for the infographic poster and above all, animate it. But being able to choose our own recipe gives me the freedom to pick one that was within my capabilities and skill therefore it was much more bearable. However, due to the time constraint and my lack of time management(again), I could not produce work that I was fully proud of but nonetheless, it was an eye-opening experience as I was able to develop skills to conscience information into a small poster without having to cut out too much information. It was just enough for the readers to understand the topic and content.
